WYD Seoul 2027 Long-Term Volunteer Recruitment (Until June 26)
Together, We Build WYD Seoul 2027! You Can Be Part of It!
World Youth Day (WYD) is a global celebration of faith founded by Pope John Paul II, bringing together young people from all over the world.
World Youth Day Seoul 2027, taking place in Seoul in August 2027, will be a historic event—the second WYD to be held in Asia and the first in a non-Christian cultural context. We need your help in preparing this journey to which the Holy Father invites young people from around the world.
WYD is a global event built together by young people and volunteers.
Volunteers are a vital part of World Youth Day. At every WYD, they have contributed to every stage of the event—from planning and preparation to operations. Thanks to their dedication, young people are welcomed into an experience of hospitality, participation, and growth.
Be part of the journey to WYD Seoul 2027 and help welcome one million people to Seoul, Korea!

For the past 40 years, World Youth Day has been made possible through the dedication and collaboration of tens of thousands of volunteers. One of the greatest gifts of WYD is the willingness of so many young people and faithful around the world to offer their time and talents in service.
Volunteering is both a response to God's abundant grace and an offering of ourselves. Through service, we witness to the mission entrusted to us and help build a culture of encounter, faith, and hope.
As we give thanks to God for the gift of hosting WYD Seoul 2027 and remember with gratitude the prayers and legacy of Pope Francis, may we prepare this journey together with joy and enthusiasm.
